This stage is deeply restorative, a journey into one’s memories in search of one’s identity and roots.

In this chapter, the main focus is on the theme of metamorphoses and transformations.

The sense of being uprooted is transformed into a conscious sense of belonging.

Letting go of the past finally becomes possible. The present emerges from the shadows where it has been confined for so long.

Loss turns into discovery, paving the way for a new rebirth.
