What data does this website collect?
None, on its own initiative. The website does not use profiling tools and does not load third-party resources whilst you are browsing. The only exceptions are described below: visitor statistics (Google Analytics, only if you consent to it) and videos (Vimeo, only when clicked). The contact form sends your message by email, via the OVH mail server (France), to the site owner’s Gmail account (Google), from which they will reply to you. The website does not store either your message or your email address; to prevent automated submissions, it only retains an encrypted hash of your IP address (never the address itself) for one hour. The data you enter in the form (name, email address, subject, message) is used solely to reply to you and remains in the owner’s Gmail inbox for as long as is necessary for the exchange. The form does not use cookies.
The server hosting the website (OVH, France — European Union) records, as does any web server, technical connection data (IP address, page requested, date and time, browser type) in its log files, for security and operational purposes. This data is retained for a maximum of 30 days and is not used to identify individuals.
Rights of the data subject
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, anyone may request access to their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability by writing to laetitiafarellacci@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to count visits and understand which pages are being viewed. Google Analytics is only loaded if you accept it via the banner that appears on your first visit; if you decline, no data is sent to Google. Your choice is stored in a technical cookie on this website (dlo_consenso, valid for 180 days) and can be changed at any time via the ‘Cookies’ link at the bottom of the page. IP addresses are anonymised; the data is processed by Google in accordance with its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). No other cookies, no profiling tools. The other exception is films. The video project pages display a preview image: the Vimeo player is only loaded when you click on the image. From that point onwards, Vimeo Inc. may set its own cookies and process data in accordance with its privacy policy (vimeo.com/privacy). Until you click, no data is sent to Vimeo. Clicking on the preview constitutes consent to the player being loaded.
